The homes at Lake Davenport Estates are each designed with a guests comfort at heart. Each private vacation pool home features fully applianced kitchens, spacious dining rooms and breakfast nook areas, enough sleeping space for almost any large family, and of course, a private, enclosed and heated swimming pool!

The kitchen space is designed with ample cabinet space both above and below counters, with new stoves, refrigerators, and small appliances at hand. Each home also features a built in garbage disposal for ease of clean up after meals

All homes feature at least one lounge with sofas, televisions and/or VCR/DVD, and lovely overlooks of the rear enclosed pool. Homes also feature a large sliding door to the pool area, and all entries to the pool area alarmed for safety with small ones.

All Master bedroom suites feature a private bath and television, and a large comfortable bed. Some larger homes also sport private sitting areas and multiple master suites, and all homes have many baths to accommodate your vacationing party.

Homes in Lake Davenport Estates vary in size from 4 to 7 bedrooms, and sport between 2 and 6 baths. Some larger homes also feature an exterior pool bath to keep the wet outside! The pool decks tend to be large and spacious, with ample furniture for family lounging in the sun, and ample tables and chairs for pool side dining.
